In the two seasons that RB Coach Keiki Misipeka coached, his players graded high.

In fact, in 2022 the top 4 graded Offensive players for the Warriors were all HB.

That's saying a lot. IMO that reflects good coaching

I also read that Misipeka is very instrumental in recruiting, especially Polynesian players.

So here are the headscratchers, nutcrackers, or million-dollar questions why was he demoted

to the general manager position for the Warriors and replaced with an RB coach who has zero

experience coaching the RB's???

It makes no sense to me. Am missing something here?

Here's another headscratcher David Cordero is averaging 6 yards a carry this season yet the

the player has only carried the ball 3 times. My question what is Chang thinking with his off

season move and further, why is Chang's replacement at RB coach not playing his better

player?

The only thing I don't like about the R&S is the Shovel Pass. Looks awesome when it works. Or how it's a passing play to gain 2-3 yards. What could be an easy 1st down becomes a punt. This goes back to GOAT#15 days.

UH have awesome backs. "Traditional" running backs IMO, and can pound the ball is a straight up run play. I don't see any reason not to run the traditional I formation and let the backs do what they do best. UH spent time coaching these guys. They were recruited to be "running backs." Let them do what they do best. Otherwise TP. Perhaps Keiki Misipeka don't fit anymore. He has many years being a running back coach. But not exactly R&S. Ok, he played one year for UH?

RB’s woefully out of position to block. He had to go. Watch the film on Solo when he was in the backfield. Horrific.

Good coaches will always have a job waiting for them somewhere. Good luck to Coach Keiki.
