I heard there were some ambulances called for the fans at the game due to dehydration. Also water bottles were sold out at most concession stands. I think due to the safety and health of the fans, there should be plenty of water available either for sell or have water stations at the stadium. It was really hot and humid today and since the game was sold out and in the middle of the day, they should’ve been more prepared in having more water available at the game. I remember aloha stadium had at least water fountains at the game.

UH needs to look at its outside beverage policy.

wife missed almost the entire second quarter looking for a water vendor. the roaming vendors in the stands selling water and beer never showed up. we finally found bottles of water in the murakami stadium vendors.
agree that if the u.h. schedules another game in the middle of the day, water should be a major concern along with providing shade.
while going to the restrooms at the Murakami, I noticed fans sitting under the kkhd bleachers and packed in the shade while watching the game on the large screen.
crowd management was a failure.

This also can be a huge liability as well for UH. KHON said there was one person that was taken to the hospital in serious condition. What if that fan was trying to look for water and passed out and then later on decides to sue UH? Also mostly all the students left after halftime. Someone needs to bring this up to Craig Angelos or the coaches show next week.We cannot have a similar situation happen again.

They weren't prepared for that kind of heat. Aloha Stadium isn't walking through that door.

It was a shave ice kind of day. I memba small kid time of the hard strawberry syrup ice in a cup with a small wooden spoon at a little league game.
