Depends on what he is making here. Also, Florida doesn't have any state income tax and the cost of living is lower. So he may be making less but will end up netting more.

It was a good move for Sapolu. McDaniels is a top offensive mind and he one day could become a OL coach in the NFL which is far superior to the college NIL and transfer environment.

Also, taking an analyst job is like doing an internship with the hopes of turning that into a bigger opportunity down the road. pretty nice compensation for getting your foot in the door.
