How did we ever beat NMS? They beat Auburn today 31-10 wow
.
They shouldn't have taken Hawaii lightly
You could ay the same for Air Force. The Zommies beat us and yet....WYOMING 42, Hawaii 9. Nah.....Doesn't have the same ring as WYOMING 66, Hawaii 0 does.

since the first home game, i've been hard on the football administration since they moved me from seats i liked to seats that had the view of the field obstructed. turned in my season tickets for a refund and never looked back. but, this saturday will be senior day and the last game of the season. i'm going to get tickets and cheer for the team, the players and coaches to show support, the same support i've shown for the last 40+ years of watching hawaii home games.
the players deserve to go out with a crowd behind them. go warriors. maybe mauka and makai seats wear green and kkhd and ewa seats wear white?

Well, this loss was disappointing news. I still say this is a good team. The young lions of D...along with the hired guns(transfers)...will figure it out. Schager has but one last shot at it despite showing the spaghetti on his shirt. 2 picks will kill an offense. The receiving corps has set a new standard this year...overall. A lot of new warrior faces got a lot of touches and scored. The running game failed yet again. We can't win the passing game if we can't establish a running game.

Seen enough of Chang. Was a major supporter of the hire but they just aren’t even competitive. Horrific play calling and discipline. Feel embarrassed to waste my weekend watching this garbage. Definitely open QB competition next season as well.
Maybe we could lure Jimbo Fisher
Syracuse just fired former UH player Dino Babers. Perhaps we could lure him here since he’s got ties to the school.

42 to 9.....ouch, that spanking hurt.
Best case we end the season beating Colorado state....with a 5 and 8 record....two games over last year.
Worst case...we lose to Colorado State, and improve by 1 win over last year. But is that really an improvement? Who knows...
We arent a bad team...we beat teams we arent expected to beat, and lose to teams we should be beating.....we are so inconsistent in our performance.
Is inconsistency a coaching problem or a player problem..? Bottomline....Chang is the HC...he gets paid the big bucks...so it all falls on him.
I wasnt in favor of Chang being chosen for HC....but it is what it is....I hope he figures it out quickly.
At least.....at a minimum....can we just win all of our home games....the way Wyoming did this year.

Dino Babers....thats a great idea..!! Jimbo may be too expensive...but you never know...he may be up for the challenge of turning our program around at a discount.

What happened to the UH defense that we saw the previous two games? Unless, the U of Wyoming quarterback was Baby Josh Allen.

Well at least wyokie is happy about it. You know in the game of Airforce and Hawaii their number one quarterback was taken out of the game in the first play of the game. I think I heard that anyway. Maybe it took the gas out of the rest of the team as their defense didn't do well also. Anyway it seems Wyoming has a decent team this year

Decent yeah. Good..no. Can't beat a team with a legit pulse or beat anyone on the road this year.

Unfortunately Farrell isn’t any better. Chang needs to recruit a run n shoot qb who’s also mobile.
QB1 and QB2 are not Chang's guys. #3 and #4 are 3 and 4 for a reason, not ready.
If Chang can hold on to his job, yes.
If we are going to have a revolving door of head coaches, then hard.
There are exceptions of how HC did awesome with someone else's (prior HC) QB. JJ and Wagner with Garrett Gabriel. GG could not run, and his passes look like a dead duck. GG did great with the Triple Option when it was far from his cup of tea. Wherever you rank Micheal Carter on your list, Garrett Gabriel can be above or below Carter.

Really tough game to watch. Coaches had no clue. Players were deflated. I hope that they can all turn it around for senior night.

We gotta put things in perspective. We demolished NMSU. NMSU is 9-3. They recently destroyed Auburn. They destroyed the other New Mexico that destroyed us. Air Force wreaked havoc on the big boys...we handled them. We could not possibly handle Oregon. The stars for Hawaii on both sides of the ball are young. They are transfer portal and JC transfers. They are learning the ropes. IDK if this current mix is the answer, but it sure as heck ain't bad.
Yes, Wyoming has a terrific quarterback and running back. They have beef on the O and D. We know this. They were 2 TD favorites at home for a reason.

Glass half full. There's no other way to look at it because the opposite isn't pretty.
