Not unsurprising. He's from Utah and went first to BYU. Now he is going to Weber State which is in Utah.

from past experience, when guys change their commitment at this point in the process (Spring semester just ended, summer school just starting) it can be because of eligibility requirements. UH's admissions requirements can be tough. We lost a local d-lineman commit who flipped to fresno a few years back for a similar reason.
