Due to the horrible injury to Bills' Damar Hamlin. Made a routine tackle but as he was getting up, started to go wobbly and then, collapsed. Had to be rushed to the hospital after someone performed CPR on him.
No idea when the game will rezoom considering the playoff implications. But at no one should be thinking about that.
I'm not a religious man but prayers to him and everyone involved.
Prayers out to him. Didn't see the game but someone commented that he got hit in the chest when he was making the tackle. That can throw off the heart rhythm. Hope he's going to be fine.

There are replays on YouTube showing the hit.
He got hit directly in the chest. Hope he's going to be ok. Glad they started CPR soon after, just hope they got a defib early enough.

Read that the players and coaches for both teams were the ones who wanted to postponed the game, not the NFL.
The # 1 focus right now is on Hamlin, not the game or anything else.

That's right. I don't see how anybody could play after that.
I honestly am glad I'm not an NFL official who has to decide what happens to this game. My guess...it'll go in the books as a Cincinnati 7-3 win and everyone goes from there.
As for Hamlin, gawd I hope he comes outta this O.K.
My worry is the amount of jerks who'll come out of the woodwork saying something like "he'd be O.K. if he hadn't gotten a COVID shot or whatever." Now is NOT the time for politics!!!!!
