I'll take the glass half full view.
All the coaches are experienced coaches. They know what they are doing. And that include the HC. If we are talking about football, IMO, T-Chang's staff is ok. The only weakness is actually T-Chang. Not in terms of football as he has been a position coach for many years. If we are talking about having soap at the locker room showers, yeah, that's new for T-Chang. We can question if he can handle. JJ had to deal with soap in the showers, so many T-Chang need to consult the Master. Football wise, I think Timmy Chang got it.
Recall the Chow days. He didn't have a OC. So one of his GAs, who was the former QB at Utah (often injured and hardly played), was calling the plays for UH. At the time, he looked younger than the players, and had to grow a stash to look older. Now, that's inexperience and major failed. Forget his name now.
