Some FCS teams can and have beat FBS teams. Don't make the assumption there's no talent there.

I went across the US to play D3 in NJ ( NJAC conference is the best D3 conference). I played with and against a bunch of guys who were D1 transfers from Boston College, Rutgers, Pitt and other schools and guys who left for teams like FLorida St. , Wisconsin and NC.

Many guys don't have the grades, need to develop, are undersized or didn't get exposure. The talent pool is obviously not as deep, but I played with a bunch of speedsters in the secondary - mostly 4.5-4.4 guys ( NJ has tons of speed).
