Just give it up. I wonder how many of the 51% that voted for Trump actually believe him or just go along with him. Fox news seem to have tone down their attacks on the top Democrats although I really don't watch Fox News but they seem to come across like Orwell's "the Party." Two minutes of hate not as necessary any more. But I guess Trump feels like he has to protect his power.

Fox News had said they are not a new agency but an entertainment agency so anyone looking for news on Fox News should be aware that is not their main purpose. They are there to entertain. The orange felon king is so dishonest why would anyone believe anything he said? But they do. The Felon Melon wants power and fame and adulation. He really doesn't care about anything else (like the USA or you and me).

This is an interesting end-around China tariffs with Temu trying to ship out of the US. I was wondering what would happen to all these adults buying drugs cheaper from Canadian and other foreign countries to find out how the government would try to control this.

When California first announced sales tax on anything purchased online, the first year I had to declare but after that companies like Amazon and EBay just added the tax to the item. But what about all these drugs like Ozempic, Lipitor and other high priced drugs that are purchased online from Canada or other third party vendors.

Antony Blinken explains it best. I'm not a big fan of Tim Miller/The Bulwark which hosted the former secretary of state. One of the points Blinken made was that countries like the USSR and North Korea tried to be self-sufficient...and it failed miserably. This method does not work. Also, destroying the trust of our allies after 80 years...will prove difficult to put back in the bottle. If you skip the commercials and banter...the good stuff lasts about 30 minutes. I miss adults running our country.

This must be so hard for the Republican party to raise taxes on the rich. Republicans use use the term lowering taxes for Americans but the 39.6% upper tax is only for the 1% or 5% depending on what the upper tax bracket is. Lower the deficit you ignorant MAGAs and redistribute the wealth.
