Man, I gotta catch the Warriors/Grizzlies on radio and play by play on my pc. I was in SF this weekend and saw that the hotel had ESPN with Warriors/Clippers but just when the game came on, there was the black out because SF was carrying the game through NBCSBA or NBC Sports Bay Area. Sometimes the games are covered by NBA TV, TNT, NBCSBA or ESPN. I can probably afford all these channels but I refuse carry all these stations for one game.

I don't know if there's bad blood between Grizzlies and Warriors like the Rockets/Warriors but if the Warriors lose and have to play for the final spot later this week, they might as well fold for the year. I just hope Buddy Hield doesn't choke because he got the double Tech with Ja Morant for making the same gun gesture. Ja Morant is pretty cold with his play and it probably makes him play better to be bad boy but Buddy Hield lets his head get into his shots and playing.

This is one of the worst statements by the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks about why they traded Luka Doncic as he compared it to trading Monta Ellis in 2011. Except Monta Ellis was being sued by a Warriors female employee for sexual harassment.

tnt streams for free, https://www.tntdrama.com/watchtnt although I think it only lasts for 10 minutes or so if you don't login. was a good close game, also glad morant came back from his ankle tweak in the 3rd quarter. I'd prefer to see memphis against okc in round 1, but I think any of those 3 teams are going to get smoked 4-1/4-0.

Thanks, good to know. I notice that for some reason sometimes when the game is listed as TNT, it shows up on TBS; so I always check since its included in my satellite service. I'm pretty sure that Memphis will go against OKC since Sacramento and the Mavericks seem like they're missing that go to person during crunch time. I'd be interested in seeing Chet Holmgren go up against Zack Edey.

Unfortunately for me, I can see the Warriors terminating prematurely in the playoffs since they always rely on one person to get the bucket during crunch time. And, when you have someone almost a head taller than Steph guarding him, it's a tough game to win as in the final minutes of the Spurs (mean nothing game) vs the Warriors (must win game).

The NBA playoffs format is confusing. Golden State was motivated to beat Memphis so that they can play the second seeded team in the Houston Rockets. If the second seed was OKC or the Lakers. Would GS play harder in order to avoid them till the next round? The Houston Rockets is still untested in the playoffs.

I think the Warriors just wanted to get into the playoffs, so they didn't care who they played as long as they played in a series. They lost three times in the play in tournament in the last few years when they didn't get into a series. They feel like their chances of winning is better in a series. I think they beat OKC early in the year although Chet was out. They have a hard time beating the Lakers because of Lebron and the Clippers because of James Harden and Kawhi Leonard. They kinda got blown out by Houston in one of the last five games where GS wanted to win. It will be interesting matchup. I'm more of a Houston hater than a Warriors fan.

Who are the experts that said Zach Edey can't play in today's NBA?

I really dislike watching Houston bumping and pushing throughout the game to try to either get into the players head or position to rebound. It's like 1980s or 90s style basketball where the bigger and stronger win. No finesse. It's an ugly series.

I like the contrast of styles, if every team played the same the game would be boring. Warriors stole home court advantage with that win, I like their chances.
That OKC game was brutal, game was done before it even hit the second half. Favored Lakers lost, and Knicks just pull out a come-from-behind win after going through a 21-0 run in the 4th. Decent opening games, very physical and refs are letting them play.

Last night there's a snapshot of Brooks grabbing Curry's arm while Curry is pushing the ball up the court which kind of looks like a dirty play but here's ole Dillon the Villain pushing Curry down when he was at Memphis.
