I saw the interview and as usual, Bosa was obtrusive during the interview. Too bad he doesn't play as well as he gets paid. I suspect his faith is in keeping as much of the money he makes.

A lot of people who are making more than $400K just don't want to be in the 39.6% tax bracket and feel like 36.9% is a better rate. Lot of people have dreams of having their own jets or yachts. I shifted my interests to the Warriors who are 10-2 rather than the 49ers dismal 5-5, might make the playoff story.

Not only the Miami Dolphins of a warm weather team don't play well in a cold weather game. But, there are some sports pundits will blame Tua for the Dolphins not winning in the cold weather.

All the news about the 49ers are off field rather than on the field. Makes for a boring sports team. First it was Brandon Aiyuk's and Trent William's holdout before the start of the season. Then there was the injury to both after scoring max deals. Then there's the clown, Nick Bosa with his MAGA hat imposing on an interview. Then there's Deebo Samuel's comment about not getting enough touches after a win and then coming out the next game with drops on passes which could have turned a loss into a win. Then there's Devondre Campbell dressed but not wanting to play. Now there's discussion of Brock Purdy's multi-million dollar contract. You wonder when they'll start talking about the football field and winning. Somewhere in there, leadership is missing. The game is football not "Days of Our Lives" or "General Hospital."

If the 49ers make Brock Purdy the franchise quarterback, they'll never be in another Super Bowl. Too bad because he's probably a good teammate and says the right thing after the games but I don't think you can say that, that deserves a Patrick Mahomes contract or Lamar Jackson contract. Some say a $55M contract but if they reach that amount they'll never be able to afford the teammates to make another playoff run. One of the first things that will happen with a large contract is he'll be hurt more often. Sad that money plays such a big part in a sport.

SF doesn't have to overpay on Brock Purdy's contract. Mac Jones is basically the same guy.

Purdy has really been great in interviews and talking 49ers but unfortunately, he seems to be limited by size. He seems to be closer to 5'11 or 6' instead of 6'1. Last year in the Chiefs game he threw the ball at his OL's helmet. He has to get the ball out of his hands in 3 seconds or the DL will get their hands up to block the pass or block his vision if there is a scramble drill. Mac Jones is 6'3 and should be able to hold the ball longer for the right pass.

The 49ers did a long needed purge of players like Samuels, Ward, Greenlaw, Hufanga and restructuring Juszcyzk; all starters in the Superbowl run. Last year they made a mistake by renewing Brandon Aiyuk's contract and he only played a few games before getting injured. Then there's McCaffery who signed an extension and barely played last year. It's not really my money but if it was, I'd be pissed. Sports pundits in the Bay Area are also saying they were never able to replace DeForest Buckner. That's what I thought at the time but it's not my money.

Purdy on height. This kid is really straight forward but I wonder how it affects his contract.
