At this point of the season, the only person who knows TC's style and offense is Ursua and promoting him to Pass Game Coordinator would seem logical. Also he's probably the best recruiter on the offense retaining him would be key for TC's future, no?

Of all the offensive assistant coaches, Ursua has most extensive coaching experience (along with Utah connections) so would be the most likely to be poached by another program.
