Hawaii made out pretty well against Michigan almost $2 Million

Watch what Dion Sanders says about the HBCU getting peanuts to play the big boys. Mid Major schools make bank compared to the smaller schools.

Just to give some perspective from those who have it worse than Hawaii Football

Well, that’s one silver lining to the Michigan game. Another is the score—56-10. That may be a beating, but the last time we went into a powerful opponent’s house and lost 56-10, our season ended in a bowl game. That was McMackin’s first year against Florida.

It’s good to be the haves.

Texas, reportedly spent $280,000 hosting Arch Manning, the Manning brothers’ nephew, and eight other players. The costs included $47,000 on hotel rooms, over $95,000 on food, $10,000 at top golf and another $11,880 on an open bar social night. Then, the next weekend Texas spent $350,000 on 14 recruits.

An average of $31,000 on the first weekend and an average of $35,000 on the second weekend.

Any wonder why it’s so hard for Hawaii to recruit or why Hawaii players choose to play on the mainland?

What is hawaii's budget for hosting recruits, anyway?
