El Niño / Climate Change
Re: El Niño / Climate Change
My bad. Mostly, I was responding to other political comments...and this transpired sparingly over the course of years. It wasn't a constant barrage of political content. Some threads were inherently political, so political commentary was inevitable. You deleted the other comments, as well as mine, but there was no warning. The final comments on this thread by me were clearly confrontational to you. I understand your angry response. A 6-month ban was a little harsh\, but I don't mind a break from this test-tube of societal commentary. Peace, admin man. Aloha.

Re: El Niño / Climate Change
That one thing that bugs me about climate change debates is "it's a natural cycle, the planet's climate gets colder and hotter every once in a while".
It does, but 1) over the course of 5000 years (if not 50000), not 50, and 2) even without that, what are the climate change deniers doing with the trash island in the Pacific Ocean, with the micro-plastic particles in rainwater and with heavy metals in the oceans?
