Sorry. I am just tired of watching backup quarterbacks kicking our butts.

BSU, I think BSU got embarrassed today. Embarrassment of riches. Ever since they went D1 (FBS) they been killing it! Top to bottom, consistently excellent. They're smart to keep the same system—a system that works. Unlike the U of H, we had to go another route after the proven success of the Run N Shoot, we scrapped it, and we went Chow-ball. Lose money. So, BSU should be embarrassed for being consistently excellent. (sarcasm) :)

I’m disappointed, but I feel Hawai’i can certainly play with Boise St. - especially on offense. On D, we can beef up the dline, and get some pass rushers (like a Laboy of old). Especially tough without our top linebackers in (tonight and season).
Penalties, turnovers, and dropped balls killed us tonight.

Boise is a good team. We turned the ball over too much.We had some drops. Receivers couldn't get separation consistently. They shut down JoJo. We CAN score on them. Hopefully we get to play them again in the championship game. We can beat them.

Sometimes the bye week throws off the rhythm.

Gotta look at the positives. In 2016, we got smashed by Boise at home. Tonight we still lost big but not as bad as before and we score 37 points. When was the last time we scored 37 points in Boise? Rolovich has improved the team but were not quite there yet. We can compete with the Nevada’s and San Diego states and hopefully Fresno state. #phase3 will be when we can compete for the MWC championship against Boise and maybe reach for a New Years bowl.

We're getting better but we're not there yet. Boise is just a well run program and they get support from the top (administration, state, etc). They get the players too. Always getting guys drafted high in the NFL draft.
We need to keep the same system and get better players to fit into that system. I feel that Rolo is building a winning culture that Chow destroyed.

It was 45-14 when BSU started playing reserves and dialing back their play-calling. Optics of 59-37 are better than the blastings of the games 2009-2016, but it sure felt like BSU could have made an example of UH had Harsin been in the mood.

I'm happy that all the Hawaii fans that may have bet for Hawaii against BSU and lost their money. I feel passionate about Hawaii as a football team and would never bet for/against Hawaii. I love Hawaii football and love their games. I would take any money that I had to donate to the program.

what a game. i like that the team kept scoring (when they held on to the ball). without the turnovers, . . . , well, it doesn't matter. next up.

both losses for hawaii were road games. remember when any road game was a given loss? hawaii is 4-2 for the first half of the season. 4-2 in what could easily have been a 1-5 start. the second half of the season could find hawaii posting a 5-2 record for a season total of 9-4, although i am hoping for an 11-2 finish which isn't shabby and would set up a rematch with boise state.

The players who lost it in the match was Eperone Moananu who took a swing that cost Hawaii a personal foul penalty and Marquise Stovall who started mouthing off after a hit out of bounds which caused for offsetting penalties. Otherwise it seemed like Boise players were baiting Hawaii players a lot during the game and most did not take the bait.

Sometimes the bye week throws off the rhythm.
And gives opposing coaches more time to prepare for defending the Run N Shoot.
