He was later questioned about it (I think; the audio I had wasn't too good) and he jokingly replied something to the effect of "that's above my pay grade". I don't think he'll make a big issue of it. Posters on message boards shouldn't either.

There's been a lot of GREAT "Rainbow" Warriors that have passed through here, proudly so.

No to Rainbows.

Rainbow Warriors? Maybe. But the rest of the world would still call us Rainbows. So NO.

UH is UH is UH is UH. Either way they go matters not to me.

Jim Donovan did give away Chow's secret.

As long as big time football programs like South Carolina run around yelling "GO COCKS!!!", I will leave Warrior/Rainbow fans alone for calling them the Rainbows.

I wouldn't mind a small rainbow patch on the helmet or somewhere on the sleeve.. a tribute to where we came from.. a reminder of the deep tradition that is Warrior Football. Would be cool if they could somehow do that 3D effect on the helmet and under the dark green you'd see streams of different colors from different angles.

That would be cool. I hope bringing back the rainbow is not due to the civil rights union going into effect next year 2012 come January, lol. Impo, I really don't care what they wear. They can wear what ever fits there needs to win games along with some titles. As long as they win, that's the main thing. It's not how you look, what you wear, or what number your wearing, its how you play the game.

Chow comes off to me as more of a business-first kind of guy. It doesn't matter what you wear, just go out there and get it done. Something like the Jo Pa approach to jerseys. No name. I would love to see the Hawaii island chain incorporated somewhere. I do believe that the "H" warrior logo is here to stay. The university is well-invested into that logo.
