Some good new breweries has been opening up in Hawaii, what's your favorite local beer/brewery? I'll follow-up to this thread in a bit.

maui brewing has been pretty nice for a long period now but newcomer hana koa has been putting out some really good stuff and wanted to shout them out. also beer lab is a winner.

Ola Brewing Co. has some nice IPA's and their tap room in Kona has a nice porter and brown ale.
