As of a couple months ago, google lowers your search placement if your site isn't mobile friendly so the homepage and forums have been updated to be 'responsive'. Should now have the same look and feel no matter what device you're checking out the site in. Also updated to the newest branch of phpBB so there may be new features lurking withing the website.
