Re: Why First Thing in the Morning Is the Worst Time to Drin
I don't drink coffee in the morning to feel more alert - that's for the afternoon when I'm nodding off. I drink good coffee in the morning because good coffee tastes good! Gourmet and organic if at all possible.

I enjoy green tea too (Japanese green and Chinese green) as well as jasmine and oolong teas. But coffee to start the day. And lots of water in-between.
