123. A Chinese take out place in the Airport Industrial area. Don't know where the owners went after they closed. Best Char Siu Chow Funn I ever had.

Ideta Restaurant in Kalihi. Good Japanese food.

Lynn's Deli at Ala Moana. Craig's Bakery in Kailua. Both winnahs. Unfortunately, both long since closed.

I used to like Oinks in the Ward Center and Futaba in Waipahu.

The food was pretty good at Futaba. The old lady there was so nice. The younger waitress, not so patient. The restaurant there now is really good. All kinds of food - quesadillas, fried squid, burgers, plate lunch. Called Tonio's or something like that.

i guess I ate there enough, the young one was always good to us. She works at the current restaurant.

Kenny's is JUST horrible.....it's not the same restaurant I ate as a child and teenager. I went there a couple of months ago....I could see they were not going to make it.

Too sad...too bad....must be a different owner...because He was my friend in Kam Center shopping in Kalihi!
