The person who controls the purse strings to authorize a 1.2 million dollar buy out IS NOT Matlin .
You guys are barking up the wrong tree. The AD can recommend a decision…

Matlin is a leader, that's why he has to stand by the guy he hired. That's what good managers do.

AD is the man in-charge. If he bends to public opinion or perception, then that's more of a disorganization.
