Or at least hire him as OC. TG needs to stop hiring his friends and family.
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
I can't watch this anymore PATHETIC COACHING STAFF. Fire the AD too he should know by now only the RnS seems to work for UH nothing else works look VonAppen/Chow and even Rolos first 2yrs didn't work till he went back to the RnS in yr 3 and 4

Our special teams coordinator is the most experienced assistant.
Not doubting, not hating, not loving, just hoping because I am a fan.

Did Boise put in the trainers and water boy as subs to help Hawaii out?
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
HAHAHHAHA! Don’t care what the score is but I love it when I see Turner breaks the defenses ankles. Love it!!!!
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
Although it was sloppy and offense didn’t look good. This is the closest we’ve played BSU for a while.
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
We need another turnover!!!
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
That should've been a sack in the backfield. Whoever it was that blitzed just needed to keep their feet and make the tackle

Good fight towards the end ..Too little too late..But betters must be pissed..Let’s keep improving
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
Oh well I honestly didn’t expect a win but at least they fought back and got it close. They have another two tough games ahead that they need to focus on.
Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
Boise not as good as in the past. We still have that slow start problem. Our defense is so much improved. We just need more help in the secondary. I tuink there are some players who deserve more PT. Panoke would be one.

well one thing is certain, the players didn't quit and made it a game,
but our ST continues to kill us and our OC needs to be more creative so boring, our O-Line had a better game but still needs to hold their blocks longer to give Chev more time, and our WR need to find ways to get open and they need to improve with catching the ball. All we had was Chev, Turner, Bambam, Panoke, Stoval who were making plays Smart came on late in the game. The D continues to play well enough to give us a chance to win ST and O needs to improve big time, We should have won this game and that is what makes it so frustrating.
Panoke is a baller the other WR needs to take notes from him on how to block downfield and on wr screens, he a had a couple nice blocks

Lotta salty folks in here. Realize one thing; this season is a wash. New coaching staff, new offensive and defensive schemes. Minimal off-season practices with players that are not "his guys".
Do you remember the Chow era? Todd Graham is lightyears ahead of Norm Chow right now. It will take time.

Re: *****Official UH vs BSU Thread*****
I never second guess the Fresno State game. Well played but why did it take UH soooo long to put the wildcat back into their offensive arsenal. It opened up the offense in the second half. Beau, Gary and Todd... Get with the program and look at what works in the offense especially in down and distance.
