Ben will really be missed by the Na Koa Football Club and the football program. He supported the program for over 40 years and ran Na Koa for over 20 years. I'll always remember how welcoming and friendly he was. He was that to everyone. We'll also remember his smile, the flat top crew cut and the ever present toothpick. RIP. Just remember seeing the man at UH games going decades back. In fact, I think I "met him" in person once years ago at a UH away game. I have to see if I can find the pics. It may be his wife, or someone in his group's wife that gave UH caps to my kids.
