Expecting sideline insights on pre-season practice from uhwarriors. Interested in the coaching preparation style of the new head coach and staff as well as dominant players or players to look for in the reconfigured season. You do the best job uhwarriors.

The illuminated Traffic Control signage placed along the Dole Street entrance to Lower Campus still read "UH CAMPUS IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC".

Re: 2020 season
Tsai writes in Sunday's paper that the team has completed the five day acclamation period, and starting this Monday the players will be in half shells and full pads beginning Wednesday. The gist of the article focused on that there are few things (logistics, testing, travel) to work out but it seems like the team is moving full steam ahead. Coach mentioned that the players have continued to maintain their conditioning (since August) and he sees the length of time to prepare for the start
of the season as adequate (as comparable to a normal fall camp). With school in session I imagine the Coach has to be mindful of practice times (and two-a-days). In the same article Matlin is exploring the idea of getting some fans into the stadium and is mindful of the Covid-19 protocols. He sees that this will give the home team an edge (agreed). Compared to where we were only a few weeks ago there was nothing but gloom in my football world this is very exciting. Now we'll get to watch the players compete for starting jobs, see the coaches envisioning come together, and hope the team surprises in the MWC + I say the Warriors will.

Re: 2020 season
More worried about the altitude than the weather. Hopefully the men get enough conditioning since the practice had to be suspended due to covid.

Re: 2020 season
I'm guessing that some Utah State players might be entering the transfer portal if HC Gary Anderson is allowed to have his way....
