Whereas the other MWC programs are currently actively recruiting both HS and JC prospects, UH recruiting appears strongly trending towards focusing primarily (almost exclusively) on JC transfer prospects.....with most (if not all) of the recent scholie offers being made to JC transfer prospects ever since the season started.....and not much (if at all) on HS prospects....even though the facts are that several of UH's current starters (QB Cordeiro, RB Hunter, LT Manning, RG Vaipulu, NG/DT Ta'ala, LB Pavihi, LB Muasau, hybrid LB/S Bethley, S Ford) were productive as true frosh out of HS (as was LB Pritchard who was out with injury this season).
