Lots of coordinators but it may be just by title to get more salary for the assistants.

Smart HC. Looks like he is giving each position coach more responsibility and a bigger leadership role for specific aspects of the team. The coaches will all be more involved in the game planning and overall development of the team. This thoughtfulness prepares his coaches to be better coaches with higher value in the coaching fraternity. They will contribute more and learn more. Now I see why his assistant coaches go on be HCs and climb the coaching latter faster.

My guess is that with the upgraded titles and any upgraded pay, not just Graham, but Matlin and Lassner must have been heavily involved and also need to be congratulated for the boost.

I like the overlap in case something happens. Ex. Someone decides to leave.
