Cincinnati just lost, so probably Hawaii bowl unless Boise goes to Cheeze It bowl or something

I really like how our defense has improved.

They played well enough to win today.

Defense played well. You can't make mistakes and win big games. We should have kept the field goal. In tight games momentum means a lot. To get down there and walk away with nothing is a deflater, momentum swing. The game was close at that point. Give credit to Boise and their coaches. Play sound football and wait for Hawaii to make mistakes. False starts, taking points of the board and two blown coverages. Our receivers couldn't get separation. Passing windows were very tight. Cole (really didn't matter who the QB was) had to make tough throws all night. Very little room for error,receivers took shots and couldn't get any YAC. Game plan had no solution in the redzone to score points.

Better coaching, mistakes and great pass coverage beat us. The better team won.
