It is, but with many concerned about costs and still wanting a high capacity stadium, bleachers are a cheaper option. I’m fine with bleachers as long as they have backrests.

I would rather have individual seats than high capacity.

I was think the same thing but sometimes it cost more to recycle than to start new.

Good idea. They should already be painted green, but someone in charge over there likes colors.

The bench seating will likely not have a backing. This feels very much like high school stadium and I think they should budget for the folding seats. Many of the biggest fans are older and will be impacted negatively by the cheap bench seating. I am younger and had a terrible back ache after the USC game at the Coliseum.

Still going through the concept phase. Just search “new Aloha Stadium” on YouTube and there’ll be a video “New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District”. It quickly show three new concepts in addition to the previously shown one. Keep in mind they’re only vague concepts designs and don’t go into detail at the moment.

IMO the first concept shown last year or two years ago is still the best.
