Re: Ursua leaving
Make Hawaii proud! He looks at least as good as Marquise Goodwin at 5'9 who was the Niners top wideout last and this year. Best wishes in the draft.
Re: Ursua leaving
ursua put it all out on the field. he should have at least six or more years of quality time in the nfl ahead of him. it makes no sense to risk further injuries playing college ball when you can make it as a professional.
good luck. mahalo for your dedication and efforts on the warrior field.

My best wishes for you future. Go get um. Aloha.
Re: Ursua leaving
Best of luck to John! I'll miss watching the excitement that he brought to this program. I think we have great receivers returning and also those who signed. I'm sure someone will be capable in filling his BIG shoes.

Good luck John. Time to make some money.

Re: Ursua leaving
Good luck to John. Leaving was a foregone conclusion because of his age. Too bad we didn't get to see him one more time in the bowl game. He strained his hamstring on Tuesday before the game.
Re: Ursua leaving
Good Luck John,Thank you for being and representing the Warrior's!!! I'll be watching you light it up on Sunday's, Monday's, and Thursdays!! I think this is the right decision, mostly due to his age, it's now or never.

Re: Ursua leaving
Every once in a while, there are players like Ursua. All around good for the team. I don't know his GPA, but I'll guess that's not bad. And I assume because he is leaving "early" he is not graduating. I don't hold that agaist him.
With the circus and changes, he stayed focus on the game and getting himself better. And I have no doubt, he would be awesome next year. Sort of like Colt B. returning for this Sr. year.
Sometimes, there's only one chance. Might as well go for it. (Eddie would go.)

Re: Ursua leaving
Hope he gets invited to the Combine and if he does I hope he hits at least a 4.45 40 time. That and the gauntlet where all eyes will be on Ursua. The QB and WR drills won't matter too much because both the QB and WR are unknown to each other and scouts know that. What will matter is when he runs his routes is he lazy coming outta his breaks and how well he runs an NFL route of course.
If I had to put a grade on Ursua with a 4.45 40, I'd give him a 5th round grade at best.
Good luck to you Ursua, kill it!!!
