With Navy blocking below the waist, I hope we can come out of this game injury free on Defense, we can't afford and injuries.

I don't recall, did JJ or Mac play Navy or Paul Johnson's teams before?

I just want to see/know how did R&S did against the Option?

Hawaii beat Navy in 1999 and 2009 then got walloped in 2013 under Chow. Games were always one score on the Hawaii wins.

I guess the Navy offensive/defensive linemen will not be doing duty on a submarine.

2017 Bowl Games:
Military Bowl: Navy demolished Virginia 49-7 to finish 2nd rated defense in the AAC.

Hawaii- no bowl game in 2017

But last season and thats the past!

Traditionally the "Service Academies" have smaller lineman, but Navy has some really big lineman on this team.

Offensive starters returning: 4

Offensive starters lost: 7

Defensive starters returning: 4

Defensive starters lost: 7

Key losses from 2017 team; WR Tyler Carmona, OL Parker Wade, OL Evan Martin, WR Craig Scott, RB Josh Brown, RB Darryl Bonner, FB Chris High, DE Tyler Sayles, LB Justin Norton, LB Micah Thomas, LB D.J. Palmore, CB Tyris Wooten, CB Elijah Merchant

Top returnees available; OL Jake Hawk, OL Andrew Wood, QB Malcolm Perry, DL Jarvis Polu, DL Jackson Pittman, DB Jarid Ryan, (AAC all-conference honorable mention) Safety/DB Sean Williams

There is a Local boy from Hawaii that should be starting at RB for Navy, (Iolani Grad, from Ewa Beach) RB Keoni-Kordell Makekau.

Navy is a 10.5 point favorite to win today.

Colorado State wasn't a good team as we seen yesterday against Colorado.

But historically Hawaii plays better at Aloha Stadium against Navy. And Hawaii wearing those Black on Black Uniforms with that undoubtedly the best Hawaii helmet sticker combo "Islands on one side and H Logo on the other side" will bring swag and pride back to Hawaii Football Program and the Hawaii fans as well. Maybe Rolo should bring back the Silver Helmets for road games and just drop the white helmets all together from now on?

I'm picking Hawaii to win another thrilling squeaker by 2 points.

I believe Mack's game plan was to have the Defensive line set up slightly behind their normal line up at scrimmage, thereby increasing the distance between Navy's Oline and making it more difficult for them to time their blocks.

Aranda brought a safety closer to the los for run support. I think Okeke would be the one I would use.

I think it was in 2009 game that our D-ends ... Elliott Purcell?) ... destroyed Navys QB whether he kept the ball or pitched it.

Looking forward to seeing Ursua, Byrd, and Jojo Ward on field at same time. Oh, and Tavai and Okeke.

I'm having trouble finding a stream for this game. Any help would be much appreciated.

It's not the best but I'll be watching.

Well I guess the helmets really are black. I was holding out for the old dark metallic green helmets.
