Post by AlohaBuck »

When will single game tickets go on sale. I already got a mini package, but have some family who will be here and they want to go to the USC game.

So, I love the fact that you can choose your own seats now on eticket. But what's stupid is judging by availability you would think all the games this season will be packed. I mean I assumed getting butts in the seats was always about getting people to buy tickets, obviously not. The issue is getting people that do buy tickets to actually go to the games. Why do so many people waste money like that? I was so excited what I saw the option to choose your own, because apparently when you order over the phone asking for an aisle seat to them means "i don't actually need an aisle, close to one is good enough" even after I've asked specifically if it was on the aisle, its happened to me twice. I wish I sat next to whoever sold me the tickets so they can feel me taking up half their seat and find out why I asked for the aisle. But anyway, I may end up not going to a game now because of low availability in the good areas, not worth the flight. Then sitting at home watching the game and all of the empty seats from people who like to waste money.

I'm telling all my friends to buy the 4 game package deal, it comes out to about $20 a game.

And btw I didn't get my season tickets yet WTF!!!

Probably get it a week before the USC game.
That's how they roll every year

Tsai had something about this on his Tizer Warrior Beat blog a couple of days ago. Apparenthly the ticket outsources the printing, and then when the tickets come-in they have to breakout the tickets and stuff envelopes. Tsai was commenting about getting a better vendor to do the printing, packaging and mailing....
