Played in seven games primarily on special teams and as a backup safety…had one tackle against UC Davis (Sept. 24).
2010:
Appeared in 11 games…had seven tackles, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery…three tackles and one pass breakup against Charleston Southern (Sept. 25)...fumble recovery occurred against Army (Sept. 11). Tore his ACL and sat out the remainder of the season
2009:
- Spring training drill, he recorded the 2nd highest vertical jump of 36.5”
- Appeared in 10 games off the bench…made six solo tackles…had a career-high three tackles against Wisconsin (Dec. 5).

A 2008 graduate of Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, O`ahu...earned two varsity letters in football for the Warriors...named first-team all-state and all-league at safety during senior season...also a standout in track...a state qualifier in the long jump, high jump, 100-meters,and 4x100 meters...a National Football Foundation Hall of Fame inductee...an honors student (3.8 GPA)
