2012:
- Will audition at wide receiver this spring
2011:
- did not make the active roster as a defensive back
2010:
- did not play football
Prep:
A 2010 graduate of Wai‘anae High School on O‘ahu…lettered four years in football and basketball…named first-team all-OIA Red during his junior and senior seasons and third Team All-State his senior year …as a senior, returned two punts, one kickoff and two interceptions for touchdown…during junior year, set the school record for most interceptions in a game with four against Castle…that year, returned two punts and two interceptions for touchdowns…member of OIA junior varsity championship team.

Guyson Amina was born on January 30, 1992. He is the youngest of 5 children (Brother Jay and sisters Jadeen, Nalani, & Aloha) to Pastor Jay and Geraldine Amina of the Ark of Safety Christian Fellowship in Waianae
Fun Facts:
- Brother Jay is a former Rainbow Warriors (’97)
- Cousins are former Warriors Houston and Tui Ala (Jr) and Karl Noa
- Uncle is former Rainbow Warrior Tui Ala (Sr)
- Uncle Mel Amina, was one of the original members of the Makaha Sons of Ni’ihau.
- Father’s cousin is the late, great Isreal Kamakawiw’oole
