CB, Ne'quan Phillips commits (UPDATE: Signed and Faxed LOI)

According to Tanks Ah and another poster named FanSinceBebe on the WSN board that, Quenton Brown and Ne'Quan Phillips have sent their LOI in to UH. UH are still waiting for Marrell Jackson to send his in.

You beat me to it. I actually heard the same thing - that as of right now we are just waiting on Jackson's paperwork. I heard that we received the signed paperwork from Phillips and Brown this morning. The media will probably report on it soon and maybe Chow can address the 2 signed recruits tonight if anyone wants to ask him on call the coach.
