Boise Spies

Post by bowfan »

At our practice today?
The drama came with about 30 minutes remaining. The players noticed that a man, hiding behind a fence, was shooting video of the practice. Strength coach Tommy Heffernan was alerted. Heffernan, in full sprint, approached the guy, who began packing his video equipment. Heffernan received rousing applause when he returned to the playing field.

I don't see Chris Peterson and his staff pulling a Belichick move like that, but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong about something.

Damn.... Well somebody's flippin' cheating here. Why else would anyone want to tape the football practice and then run away when they are confronted. (Although admittedly, facing down a charging Heffernan would definitely scare the crap out of me)

Anybody know if our cheerleaders were with them? That would explain everything.

I heard on twitter that there were Boise reporters there shooting at our practice for a segment on their news later tonight. They better have gotten permission from our coaches. If not, that is pretty low.

Heffernan used a phrase that cannot be repeated in a family blog.
Not sure how long the guy was there. He definitely was a spy. Of course, next time it would be better if he didn't wear a bright shirt.

I just hope this really jacks our team spirits up and gets them really eager to break some broncos down.

They should have took his picture and posted it on the internet.

If I were Mack, I would be flattered they're worried about us so much that they would lower themselves to something like this. We're talking about big bad Boise being worried about little old Hawaii! :P

I think most of us would bail in a hurry if we saw Tommy Heffernan running full speed at us!
