who cares if it was Utah State. we needed to get that gorilla off our back.
and what a way too.
697 yards of offense.
360 yards of rushing. more than our passing!

anyways, here's the rest of our opponents.

central arkansas is having problems with their conference schedule, losing their 2nd in a row.
wazzu is probably gonna go winless in the pac10 this year. this time getting blasted by the wildcats of arizona.
unlv beats up on a struggling colorado st team. (who beat colorado this year) could this be the end of hawkins there?
la tech gives boise trouble before boise pulls away at the end. is that really a #7 team in the nation???
fresno continues their win streak over idaho. should be a great game against nevada this week.
the wolfpack just beat up on san jose today. nevada should give boise some problems at the end of the week.
nmsu comes off a bye. hopefully they get shocked by our rushing yardage and don't know what to practice for.
navy outlasts notre dame. they always pose trouble with their triple option.
and wisconsin is still doing damage in the big 10. big boys over there.
if we can continue our offensive firepower next week, i have a good feeling about the game against nmsu.

Warriors Win 2 in a row.
Defense shuts down NMSU.

UCA still struggles in their conference losing their 3rd in a row.
WAZZU will probably not win another game this year. losing their 7th in a row.
UNLV struggles again against the falcons.
la tech puts up a good fight against in-state big boys LSU before going down.
fresno gets whupped by streaking nevada, giving up 52 points. this is all leading up to the showdown with boise at the end of the year.
boise wipes out idaho winning the state battle. damn blue field.
san jose goes down to utah state. hope our guys are healthy for the last road trip of the season.
navy doesn't have a let down after last week's win vs ND, beating Delaware. they have a bye next week. damn.
and wisconsin beats up on hapless michigan.

We stick it out for win # 3. 2 more to go but we need to take it one at a time. Navy's triple option is scary. Gotta play disciplined defense.
UCA continues to struggle losing their 4th in a row.
WAZZU is having a bad year. losing their 8th in a row.
UNLV gets a breather.
La tech also loses their 5th in a row.
to Fresno who bounces back from getting smashed by Nevada a week earlier.
Idaho also gets a break.
Boise struggles with Utah State before breaking it open.
Nevada continues to roll with 63 points this week over NMSU. Big showdown versus Boise next week for the WAC title.
Navy gets a bye, which is also scary. They get another week to prepare for us.
and Wisconsin gets a shock from Northwestern.

4 games in a row!!!!!!!!
Most complete game of the season. Defense played their guts out. Offense struck when they had to. How's that 45 second drive to end the 2nd quarter?

Central Ark ends their season with a loss.
Wazzu goes down to in state rival UW in the apple cup.
UNLV gets their outgoing coach Sanford a win to end the year.
La Tech, Fresno have a bye.
Idaho gives up a huge lead and then loses to USU.
San Jose gets Coach Tomey his 2nd win of the year over NMSU
Boise holds on and fights off Nevada
and perhaps the biggest non game was Wisconsin had a bye too. And they got to watch us on ESPNU last night. hope they're here next week for the beach, babes and sunburns....
