We have six QBs at spring practice. And we have at least two more coming in the fall. Somebody (or somebodies) will not make the cut.

CJ Allen-Jones may be on the small side for a typical defensive end. And Antwan Mahaley is not the biggest defensive end around either. Then again, that Georgia defensive end was not the biggest guy around and he had a banner day against the Warriors in the Sugar Bowl.

Even though the team was not doing any kicking yesterday, that did not prevent Jake Ingram from working out. Ingram was on the adjoining soccer field practicing his long snaps with the Iceman.

One thing I like about yesterday’s practice was Coach McMackin had the defense going through blitz drills. Bringing the house on the first day of practice. You gotta love it.
