Men's Volleyball

Post by Irse »

Congrats on the two road victories this weekend and congrats on being ranked #1. Not often we have the #1 ranked team nationally in any sport. The last time was ..... last year by the men's volleyball team. :D

I like the fact that they're beating ranked teams including #12 and #4 Illinois teams. Colton Cowell is showing that height if not necessary to play the sport. Good inspiration for the local kids.

This week's two game series against BYU is probably going to be a defining moment in UH's season. A must see!

A big time test vs. BYU. Warriors have been fun to watch.

I guess "Gabi" left no doubt as to who's #1. UH could use a better referee though. The out call on the replay was pretty clear that it should not have been overturned. Crowd was watching replays because that's the first time I heard the crowd boo the referee on a replay.

Nice bounce back by the Bows. But if I were a voter, at this point in the season, BYU #1, UH #2.

Tough decision for POY, but with the abbreviated season and the sweep of Hawaii at Hawaii with those incredible match statistics, I think that Gabi's got it. Rado is certainly deserving and its really too bad that we couldn't see the whole season play out.

As much as I would like to see Rado win it, I agree, I think Gabi's going to win it.
