One thing concerns me about Hilo’s title chances—will the fact that they haven’t played a quality team hurt them?

@genks: Amazing, but this year Kamehameha seems to be throwing the ball as much as they're running the ball. Can't remember the last year that happened.

Either the receivers flat out drop the ball or qb over throws. The defense must be so tired. This has to be the worst offense in the Open
@genks: Kamehameha's O is the worst in ILH Open, but I don't know about Open overall. Farrington's O might be a little worse. For sure, Kamehameha can throw the ball better than them.

@gopunahou:
Well, remember: They're in D1, not Open. There's at least one school they have to worry about: Leilehua. Big and fast.

Yeah they seem to be stuck between 2 identities, seeing what will work

I don’t expect a lot of points between us and Kahuku tonight.

That was a great game between Leilehua and Iolani. Both played hard and played well

Saw that Iolani lost on a last-second interception? I know how that feels (2005 state title game).

Speaking of the Puns, if Vincent Terrell ain’t 100% or even 80%, let him sit (even if he insists on playing). I’d rather lose him against an ILH opponent than the next two games.

That was a nasty hit on that downed player. He looked rocked when he got up too. He looked a little confused

Great to see JK scramble and put us in better spots. Hoping he can give us as much as Larry Tuileta did.

I think Kahuku will play Mililani again and give them a better game.

For some reason, we are staying in the lead despite giving Kahuku so many chances.

Love the Manti-esque effort from Terrell. That last TD reminded of Tamatoa’s long TD catch against KSK last year and two of Stephen Barber’s long TD’s from 2 yrs ago.
