As far as Kahuku...

JL Lavea from Campbell transferred to Kahuku
Harrington Waa from Campbell transferred to Kahuku
Tomasi Pasi from Chandler (AZ) transferred to Kahuku

Mason Paulo from Kahuku transferred to Jordan (UT)
Paxton Skipps from Kahuku transferred to Orem (UT)

Kobe Muasau from Punahou transferred to Eastside Catholic (WA)

Malosi Sam from St. Louis transferred to Mililani
Kamalu Blake from St. Louis transferred to Mililani

Feel free to add or correct
Mahalo. Lavea and Paulo I knew about. But I've heard rumors of kids from the North transferring to Mililani and Campbell.
No problem, I’ll post if I hear any news about transfers.

@Neighbor: The Star-Advertiser has been doing that, too. Thus far the Star has featured Hao, Ane, Kurisu, and possibly others. Those are just those I remember seeing. There might be one in today's paper, too; I haven't gotten a copy yet, so I don't know.

Didn’t Lavea transfer to Campbell from Kahuku last year?

Yeah, he’s a hometown kid. He gave it a shot with Coach DJ for a year. Kahuku is well known for hometown kids to come back their senior year...Reupena Fitisemanu, Alohi Gilman, Cj Tuliloa, Enoch Nawahine to name a few

They should just put both games at Aloha Stadium. 2 different venues for the same aloha classic on the same day doesn't make sense

I agree, a double header would be awesome. It would give the Mililani game a bigger feel, and maybe a bigger turnout from locals in general, not just Mililani and St Louis fans

Narbonne HS also plays Kamehameha that same night.

Yup, makes no sense to have the games at different sites.

Oh no. Kid was a beast. Too bad. Going to Orem is like transferring to Radford under Salanoa...competitive, but a step or two below the Big Dogs.

I’m with you. Singh is a beast, would of been a staple in that D Line with Zion Ah You.

Orem obviously has a lot ties to Kahuku with a lot of alumni on the coaching staff. They’ve been known for poaching players, not only in Hawaii but the whole state of Utah.

There is good news for Kahuku. Many of their assistants possess championship experience (either won state titles as coaches or players). But is that enough to overtake two or three times that might have better records than they before the state tournament?
