anyone from hawaii, including those that graduated high school from hawaii but went to college on the mainland sign a rookie free agent contract yet?

Since Jesse Mahelona from Tenn got taken so low, I didn't expect J.T. Mapu to be signed.

Isn't Mapu returning to Tennesee this upcoming season? I thought he was away on his two year Mormon mission the past couple of seasons?
