AFC:
Pittsburgh(Kimo Von Olhoffen) vs Denver (Ashley Lelie, Jason Elam)

NFC:
Seattle (Itula Mili, Wayne Hunter) vs Carolina

I believe the Super Bowl will feature Denver and Carolina, although i hope its Denver and Seattle to renew the old AFC West rivalry.

Yeah I wish Mili played more, he's now the 3rd TE. And Wayne Hunter is still on injured reserve I believe.

Did Hunter even have any meaningful playing time during his career?

Nope. He got there and they found out he was more of a project than they thought, then he got injured. He's one that should have stayed one more year. Yes, hindsight is 20/20, but more than a few people were saying he needed one more year after only being on the offensive side one year.
