we don't need one trick backs that can run north and south and no speed. Those backs limit your offense and the D knows what's coming. Top teams have backs that can pound and slash at you and if they get a gap have the speed to get to the second level and go for a home run. These backs can also run routes out of the backfield and beat linebackers. Hunter fits that bill. He is a strong runner and runs good passing routes. He hits the gaps hard, is hard to bring down, will only get better and if he gets some space look out.

Interview with Miles a few days ago talking about the transfer. Ironically his performance trainer is former Hawaii CB Ray Bass who like Miles went to Centennial HS and Hawaii then transferred.

In Ray's professional bio he only mentions going to San Diego St.

When players make a change, it seems like they also cut their hair.

BTW, anyone recall this ONE player on the UH team back in 1995-1996 that had long black hair, past his shoulders? I believe he was Poly/Local. He would shake his hair (like a girl) before and after taking his helmet off. Fans used to yell at him watching the game. "Bradda, go get hair cut. This is football." Now, seems like long hair is the football fashion.
