It looks like Durant tore his achilles tendon to me. You could see it pop and jiggle. I feel for him, giving it a go with his team on the ropes. Now, he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. I'm sure there is a team out there that will still throw money his way.

Only negative was Durant's injury in Game 5 which never shoulda happened! GS royally screwed up!!!!! I understand why KD wanted to play but still...someone should've told him "NO you aint playing!" Golden State deserved to lose this series!!!! Not a fan of the OKC Thunder but they got the better end of the deal when KD left.

KD keeps getting injured. KD, Westbrook, and Hardin, when they were all together in OKC, were never going to be this generation's Jordan, Rodman, and Pippen.

I'll take KD over Westbrook all day, everyday, and twice on Sunday. KD has his ring already too, while Westbrook...

Hardin was a major fan favorite here due to that weird beard of his!!!! KD hated the local media when he was here. I laugh every time KD gets pissed at the national media. Some things never change.

The problem with the Thunder is that even if the Thunder were to win a NBA Championship, have the best record ever, etc....as soon as the OU football team wins a National Championship, nobody in Oklahoma will remember THAT Thunder squad. That's how big OU football is here.

Indeed, and they gave up an absolute HAUL to get him. I still think they need one more big FA to join them though.

The NBA need to institute a Kyle Lowry rule where a smaller player cannot move a taller player when the player is up in the air. I saw that too many times where Kyle Lowry moving out Draymond Green when Draymond Green was up in the air or another big man was up in the air taking a short jumper or moving in to get the rebound. Kyle Lowry is actually shorter than Curry and has a tendency to get guys while they're up in the air. Big danger to the taller players.
