Veneri is more of a color guy more so than play by play. Josh Pacheco is pretty good play by play guy for volleyball and basketball. Never heard him do football. Not advocating for the guy, but the ranks of radio play by play folks in Hawaii is pretty slim.

SHSU is not an up and coming team. They can ball. They are from Huntsville which is right outside of the rich recruiting grounds of Houston. I guarantee you this will be a tough team to play.

Even if they in the Big 12, we can still play them. I’m sure we will meet again in the future. All teams have a non conference schedule.

I think one thing working against CT is that his position for NFL scouting is RB. The RB has to be the least valued position in the NFL nowadays. RB's are dime a dozen and easy to find.

Did QB1 and QB2 show any decent footwork? I'm guessing QB's were not to be touched in the scrimmage, but rest assured, defenses will pin their ears back and attack once the season rolls around. Gonna need a QB who can make the throws and run the offense...but also be able to check down, escape and p...
