that's the result of a lot of hard work by pofele ashlock to improve himself throughout the season. with alejado coming in there's a chance ashlock may be a first team sophomore all american pick. exciting times for hawaii.

gets rid of the ball, a plus if you are a pass blocking lineman, makes all your efforts to block worth it. receivers hold on to the ball, a plus as they separate from their defensive cover and get the ball while in stride. looks like an exciting recruit for hawaii, just what hawaii needs at this time.

that leaves hawaii without rns qbs that played during the season. maybe with schager leaving one of the portal qbs will pull out and return to compete here. that would give alejado time to adjust to college football.

lots of players who earn their degree while playing at a school, look to other schools to play out their last year of eligibility while earning a post graduate degree. might be for a better post grad program or just wanting a change in perspective in playing football. either way, best of luck to the...
