I thought Div 1A football doesn't have "partial" scholarships. Must be more in the way of grants and other financial aid.

Mentally unstable or not, someone capable of that sort of act upon an innocent needs to be put down. I think of my daughter and I just KNOW that if someone did that to her that person would not live. If the court system cannot provide justice I would have to provide it myself.
