Coach Mack was the guest speaker at the Na Koa lunch on October 6th at a packed house at The Willows Restaurant. He said was very appreciative of the support he and the team continued to receive after the San Jose State loss and that made it so much better to be able to bring back a win for the fans. Coach Mack was very proud of how team and coaches stuck together through the aftermath of the San Jose loss. We need to keep getting better each week, but we have something to build on now.

Inoke Funaki is the starting quarterback, there is no controversy. Tyler Graunke is still not 100% and we need to figure out who the number 2 is.

Dan Kelly and Keao Monteilh won the WAC special team and defensive player of the week awards.

Coach didn’t dwell on the penalty situation but responded to questions about them say he would be asking for “clarifications” on running into the kicker and interference calls.
