We better not take Michigan lightly...

Post by J-Rod »

I know we looked good on offense yesterday, but we need to take this Wolverines team seriously. Apparently Uncle Harbaugh knows how to motivate his players.

We best be ready for a fight.

I think this is the one game we REALLY gonna miss having kennedy in the middle. I thought the d played decent against the run yesterday though. The tackling has me scared though especially that play when the qb pulled our safety with him into the endzone.

Eh, we've seen Kennedy get his butt kicked before. Was dominated at Boise last year, among other games. It won't make a big difference this week. Wolverines are a nasty bunch.

The loss of Chow definitely hurting us. Chow would make some adjustments and change up the coaching staff here. Tell the guys got to work harder. Tough game coming up for this young coach.

I hope the Warriors are making a lot of money on these first two games.
Who made this schedule??

We need the kala. Hopefully with a couple more years of Rolo-ball, we won't need the kala as badly as we do now.

I think the Michigan defensive line will be much better than Cal's so although we have a good offensive line, we gotta open up the running game with some passes. Harbaugh will not show the same mercy as Sonny Dykes so he's going to run up the score. One thing I like about Rolo is his ability to adjust and he will be able to do some adjusting against their four and five star recruits except after last week's game, it shows that Hawaii's weakness is their defense. Lotta pukas in Hawaii's defensive backfield. If there is a weakness in Michigan, I believe that Rolo will find it.

Cal had a great QB. Haven't checked on Michigan.
Q: Will our 3 players still be suspended from playing?

Eh, we made Webb look good. I don't know if he's actually good. He looked shaky as a passer at times, and clumsy in the pocket. He was fortunate his OL destroyed our front 7.

Jrod - you might be right. And that one Cal WR was unstoppable. But I like how our D brought, or at least tried, to bring the pressure.
Maybe a backup olineman should switch to D tackle. Need some big bodies to clog things up and keep guys off our linebackers.

Better be prepared to load up the box on the run, that is Harbaugh's bread and butter.

Against their defense, well it should be all about high percentage passes, set up the run with the pass.

Right up the middle too. Six to eight yards up the gut. What ever happened to Eperone Moananu?
