The one thing i'll give Ikaika though he has that "never give up" attitude and seems to be a team player. Should be an interesting fall camp though.

Nothing against the Georgia QB, but wonder how good he is ... I can't recall too many Georgia QBs ... probably because they always have stud running backs.

Mathew Stafford is a pretty good one from Georgia. He picked apart our defense in the Sugar Bowl as a Sophomore. He came out early as a Junior in 2009 and was the first draft pick that year.

Chow was given only 1-2 year window to set up his guys, with the first 2-3 being Mac's guys. Rolo know his leash will be short too, so I agree he can't "waste time" with one year guys - no matter how good he is.

There has to be that development. Year 1-2 fans will let Rolo pass. 3-4, they will be calling for his job if the team is not above average.

Aaron Murray, David Greene, and Fran Tarkenton. But you're right Georgia is known more for their RBs.

Connor will graduate this summer & have 2 to play 2
A 6-4, 216-pounder from Raleigh, N.C., Mitch was named the starting quarterback for 2015 by head coach Steve Spurrier and started the first two games of the season before being sidelined with a pair of season-ending injuries.

He would be ok but he'll be doming in kinda late. But depends what kind of O Rolo is going to run and how much he expects the QB to run. I don't think Spurrier recruited QBs that could run a lot.

Hawaii offers a JuCo QB with what looks like 4 to play 3.

One of our Warrior receivers who has been working out daily at CSM during their short summer break says that Dru has all the tools.

Interesting. Dru Brown played QB at the Los Gatos High School, which if I recall correctly, Charlie Wedemeyer coached at.

We'd be lucky to land the San Mateo quarterback. I don't know what the deal was with Chow's mis-mentoring of our quarterbacks. June Jones never seemed to have a problem. Many of his quarterbacks couldn't run and the ones he inherited performed poorly under the Von Appen...but did great work for June Jones. Luckily, Rolo has been able to get a lot out of his quarterbacks at whatever school he was at.
